If change or cancellation to your reservation is necessary, please observe the following rules: Reservation can be postponed for up to 3 months, after deducting 10% of your deposit as handling fee.

The amount of your refund is determined by the date that you notify us of your cancellation.
Your full deposit will be forfeited if cancellation notice is received less than 24 hours of your arrival.
50% of your deposit will be forfeited if cancellation notice is received less than 7 days of your arrival.
10% of your deposit will be deducted as handling fee if you desire to cancel or postpone your reservation.
